Alcohol Wristband Required





Approved Alcohol Ordinance for NYE December 31, 2026


Beer and Wine may be carried and consumed in the Historic Downtown District of Tallapoosa during the activities on NYE December 31, 2025 with the following requirements:

*Purchase of an Alcohol Wristband.

*Beverages must be purchased from the Beer Tent at:

*Johnny's Bar

*VIP Tent

*Beverages must be in the 16oz. Souvenir Cup supplied at point of purchase.


* No Coolers Allowed.


*The cost of the Alcohol Wristband will be $5.00 and will require a Photo ID to purchase.


*A Photo ID will also be required at the point of purchase.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Please Leave All Pets At Home





Because of the Crowd Size, Loud Music and Fireworks, Please DO NOT BRING PETS to the event.



Hearing Protection is recommended for Children and others who may be sensitive to loud music and sound.





The bands, music on the PA System and other audio may be loud at times. We highly recommend Hearing Protection if you are sensitive to loud noise or if you stand near the stage or sound equipment.



Parking





Parking is allowed on the side of city streets, parking lots of closed businesses and church parking lots. See the Shuttle Bus Section for Park & Ride Services.

Weather





Remember to watch the weather forecast, dress warm and be prepared in case of rain. This is an outside event with no heat or shelter in the event of rain. Sometimes the weather can change quickly.

No Seating Is Provided. Bring a SMALL Portable Chair if you do not want to stand.

Portable Toilets will be located in the Kid's Zone area and in the parking lot across the street from the Church near the main stage on Head Ave.
